COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Why have we changed CAF Bank Online?

    CAF Bank strives to provide products and services that best meet our customers’ needs. Through extensive market research and customer feedback we have identified that customers want more from our online banking service. As a result we have relaunched the service with a significantly new look and feel, improved usability and some exciting new services.

    We understand that the changes will affect all our customers differently but we are confident that for the majority it will have a positive impact.

  • What has changed?

    CAF Bank Online has a completely new design with improved navigation that will make using it easier and faster.

    We have added some exciting new features:

    • Personalisation of user ID (available for secondary users only) - change your CAF Bank generated ID to something more memorable.  
    • View your Direct Debits 
    • Screen reader compatibility. 

    We have also improved the functionality of other existing features and services.

  • Will I still be able to use my existing user ID and passwords?
    All information used to access CAF Bank Online will stay the same including user IDs, passwords and secret words. You will also be able to access all of your existing features and services.
  • Will I be able to use CAF Bank Online with Google Chrome?
    CAF Bank Online will now be available across the latest versions of web browsers including Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Safari.
  • What is my unique word?
    Your unique word is the same as your secret word - we have just changed the terminology.  CAF Bank Online will only ever ask for 3 random digits of your unique word.
  • Will I still be able to make payments and transfers online?

    All customers that have registered and activated CAF Bank Online will still be able to make payments and transfers online. As per CAF Bank’s existing online banking, all payment requests to a third party require two levels of authorisation, unless the payment is to a pre-notified and verified nominated account that is held in your organisation’s name. In this case only one authorisation is required. Transfers between your linked CAF Bank accounts only require one authorisation.
