CEO, CAF Bank & CAF Charity Services

Alison joined CAF Bank as Chief Executive Officer in December 2019 and in 2021, she assumed responsibility for CAF’s Charity Services proposition, in addition to her role with CAF Bank. She is principally responsible for driving the transformation of the products and services we deliver to UK charities, including leading the Bank’s strategic focus on growing lending to charities and social enterprises, and becoming the preferred banking partner for UK small and medium-sized charities.

Neil Heslop OBE

Neil Heslop OBE

Chief Executive, CAF and Non-Executive Director, CAF Bank
Neil joined CAF as Chief Executive in October 2020. Previously Neil was CEO of international, pan-disability charity Leonard Cheshire. He lost his sight aged 21 and is a law graduate from Newcastle University.

Mairi Johnstone

Mairi Johnstone

Non-Executive Director, CAF Bank
Mairi Johnstone is currently CEO of the Methodist Ministers’ Housing Society for GB. She is also a lawyer qualified in both Scottish and English Law, as well as an experienced strategist. In her early career, Mairi developed specialisms in banking law and property finance.

Graham has spent his whole career specialising in commercial lending. He started with Barclays and spent 27 years in a variety of roles which included front line relationship management as well as a number of appointments into credit risk management positions.

Dave Watts

Dave joined HSBC in 1994 and has held a number of different roles within Finance, Global Banking & Markets and Audit in the UK, UAE, US and France, having visited HSBC operations in over 40 countries.

In December 2021, Dave returned to his role as a Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of HSBC Bank plc.
