ABOUT US

Meet our Trustees

Jackie Leiper, CAF Trustee and Chair of CAF Financial Solutions Ltd

Jackie joined CAF's Trustee Board in 2025. She is an experienced financial services executive and trustee, bringing over 25 years of pensions, investments and commercial leadership to her role at CAF.

Jackie previously held senior roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including Chief Customer and Digital Officer, CEO of Embark Group, and Managing Director of Workplace Pensions, Individual Pensions and Investments.

In January 2026, she joined the People's Partnership, provider of The People's Pension, as a Non-Executive Director. Previous board positions include Trustee of the Bank of Scotland Foundation, Deputy Chair of Scottish Financial Enterprise, and Chair of the Association of British Insurers' Long Term Savings Committee.

Jackie has led sector initiatives on women's financial resilience, including the CII's Insuring Women's Futures taskforce (2019) and chairing the Gender & Financial Wellbeing Group for the Money & Pensions Service (2020).
