CAF Bank Service update

This has been an important week for CAF Bank. Our new online banking service, which launched on Monday, has been designed so we can further support your crucial work with more features.

We recognise though that the transition to the new service has not been an easy process for all of our customers.

The high level of customer activity has meant that some customers have faced challenges accessing or using their accounts. Our phone lines have also been significantly busier than usual. We have additional people working on calls, but there have still been delays. Thank you for bearing with us. 

We are sorry for the inconvenience this is causing and appreciate this is frustrating. We plan to issue regular service updates on our website, so please check back here. 

Should you have any further questions about how to use the new service, our User Guide provides step-by-step help on how to use features and undertake tasks. We also have some FAQs below.
