Interim Chief Executive Officer

Caroline Siarkiewicz

Interim Chief Executive Officer, Charities Aid Foundation

Caroline Siarkiewicz joined Charities Aid Foundation as Interim CEO in April 2026, bringing over 25 years' senior leadership experience across financial services, consumer advocacy, and the non-profit sector.

Caroline's previous role was at the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS), where she served as Chief Executive Officer from June 2019 to January 2024. During this time, MaPS published the UK Strategy for Financial Wellbeing, which had been developed during her time as Acting CEO. Prior to this, Caroline held the position of Partnerships and Commissioning Director, an executive Board-level role with overall responsibility for the organisation's partner relationships across the UK, as well as money guidance and debt advice operations.

Before joining MaPS, Caroline was Head of UK Debt Advice at the Money Advice Service, where she was a member of the executive leadership team and led the development of new approaches to working with the debt advice sector. In this role, she built strong stakeholder relationships and drove collaborative, sector-wide change focused on improving outcomes for customers.

Earlier in her career, Caroline served as Chief Executive of the Institute of Money Advisers, where she developed a new professional qualification for advisers and launched a five-year strategy that doubled the organisation's membership and delivered substantial revenue growth.

Caroline is a member of the Financial Conduct Authority's Consumer Panel.
