Get startedTo run the Matched Giving scheme, you need a Company Account. It’s easy to apply, and it lets you manage all your corporate giving in one place. Your business donates funds into your account, then we hold these for you until you’re ready to
use them for charitable purposes.
We’ve run Give As You Earn since 1987 – we’re the UK’s largest Payroll Giving Agency.
Payroll giving lets your employees give to charity direct from their pay – before it’s taxed. This reduces the amount
of tax they pay, so they’re able to give more to good causes.
Legal & General’s (L&G) approach to charitable giving has changed during the last few years. The increased spend in this year’s report in part reflects that change in approach, which sees L&G focusing greater resources on fewer strategic initiatives.
