  • A pay framework that annually benchmarks salary levels competitively across the sectors we operate in

  • A discretionary Group Performance Incentive framework that rewards high performance and value-driven behaviours in a fair and transparent way 
  • Our contributory occupational pension scheme, with better-than-market employer contribution options (including the opportunity to increase contributions to 17% after three months service)

At CAF, you can access:

  • Six weeks annual leave, excluding bank holidays, for all employees irrespective of role 
  • Permanent hybrid ways of working, where roles allow, across our UK workforce 
  • Maternity, adoption and paternity leave: 13 weeks fully paid maternity and adoption leave and two weeks fully paid paternity leave (subject to length of service) 
  • Carers leave: five days paid leave to fulfil carer responsibilities (subject to length of service)
  • Family care support: parental and compassionate leave, plus a discretionary employee welfare fund  
  • Our employee assistance programme, offering a range of online and phone services, information and guidance, including counselling services to support you through times when you need help and advice about your physical, mental, or financial wellbeing
  • Long-term critical illness cover: financial support for an extended period if you develop a chronic illness that impacts your ability to be at work (subject to length of service)
  • Life assurance 
  • Free private healthcare for eligible colleagues –  access 24/7 GP services and wellbeing support for you and your family. Claim back money towards vital healthcare costs such as eye care, dental treatment, physiotherapy, osteopathy and acupuncture
  • Annual free and subsidised vaccinations 
  • Occupational sick pay subject to length of service
