Together building opportunity

At Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), we don't just talk about impact, we actively shape it.

Lasting change isn't bound by borders and neither are we. We're here to enable safe and effective local and cross-border giving. We create long-term resilience for charitable and not-for-profit organisations, and shape the giving landscape in the UK and around the world.

Find a rewarding, exciting and meaningful career, in an environment where every one of us contributes to CAF's impact.

Charities Aid Foundation is a leading charity operating across the United Kingdom and around the world. We connect and support the vital organisations and individuals working to ensure that everyone has a stake in the future.

We pride ourselves on the impact we make.

Our offices in the UK, US and Canada deliver vital income to more than 100,000 charities in 135 countries worldwide.

We help donors to give anywhere safely across borders, with the peace of mind that their funding is reaching their intended causes.

In 2021, we set off to deliver our four-year transformation programme.

'Together Building Opportunity' sets us on a path to become a truly global platform for giving, putting us at the very centre of connecting people and causes.

We want our contribution and impact to grow, and in turn accelerate social progress towards a fair and sustainable future for all.

Our culture

Everyone at CAF plays their part in making up our culture; we're diverse in perspectives, ideas and backgrounds. Yet what we all have in common is our desire to make a difference. We've channelled that into three core values that help guide us in our work.

The work we do touches lives, this is our privilege and our responsibility. We take care, invest the time and never cut corners. Because every interaction is an opportunity to demonstrate our dedication and earn the trust of those we serve.

Better outcomes are created in collaboration. Our relationships are built on mutual respect and understanding. We listen as much as we speak, find the common ground, and support one another in pursuit of our shared goals.

Progress starts with people. We seek opportunity, never afraid to challenge accepted wisdom. With bold, agile thinking, we make things happen that no one else can. We don’t respond to change, we shape it.

Diversity and inclusion

We know that the more diverse and inclusive our organisation becomes, the more creative, effective and impactful we will be. Our aim is for our workforce to represent the society we serve, and we have embarked upon an ambitious pathway to achieve this.

We want to attract, retain and develop the best of talent at all levels, establishing our organisation as an employer that is well-known for high-performing, purpose-driven people from all backgrounds.

Every employee’s voice matters here and every individual has a say in how we build our organisation to be the best it can be for the future.
