Our offices in the UK, US and Canada deliver vital income to more than 100,000 charities in 135 countries worldwide.

We help donors to give anywhere safely across borders, with the peace of mind that their funding is reaching their intended causes.

In 2021, we set off to deliver our four-year transformation programme.

'Together Building Opportunity' sets us on a path to become a truly global platform for giving, putting us at the very centre of connecting people and causes.

We want our contribution and impact to grow, and in turn accelerate social progress towards a fair and sustainable future for all.

Six weeks annual leave, excluding bank holidays, for all employees irrespective of role
Permanent hybrid ways of working, where roles allow, across our UK workforce
Maternity, adoption and paternity leave: 13 weeks fully paid maternity and adoption leave and two weeks fully paid paternity leave (subject to length of service)
Carers leave: five days paid leave to fulfil carer responsibilities (subject to length of service)
Family care support: parental and compassionate leave, plus a discretionary employee welfare fund
