Alison Taylor

Alison Taylor

CEO, CAF Bank & CAF Charity Services

Alison joined CAF Bank as Chief Executive Officer in December 2019 and in 2021, she assumed responsibility for CAF’s Charity Services proposition, in addition to her role with CAF Bank. She is principally responsible for driving the transformation of the products and services we deliver to UK charities, including leading the Bank’s strategic focus on growing lending to charities and social enterprises, and becoming the preferred banking partner for UK small and medium-sized charities.

Dina Henry

Chief Operating Officer, CAF Bank

Dina joined CAF in 2014 having worked for specialist private bank, Duncan Lawrie, for 33 years. She has extensive experience in the management of payments, lending, banking and foreign currency operations during her career.

Phil Alvey

Chief Finance Officer, CAF Bank

Phil joined CAF Bank as Chief Finance Officer in 2021, having worked in financial services for over 20 years. Phil held a variety of Finance roles across the HSBC Group; in the UK, Europe, US and Bermuda.

Alison Carpenter

Alison Carpenter

Chief Risk Officer, CAF Bank

Alison joined CAF Bank in May 2017 as the Chief Risk Officer, having worked for the Financial Conduct Authority for 20 years. 

During her time at the regulator, Alison worked within the Supervision division. There, she covered several financial sectors, from private client stockbrokers, IFAs/networks and building societies to credit unions and large retail banks.

Robert Camp

Robert Camp

Chief Information Officer, CAF Bank

Robert joined CAF Bank in April 2022 as Chief Information Officer (CIO). He is responsible for ensuring CAF Bank has the appropriate technology solutions in place to support our strategy. This includes making sure customers and colleagues have a positive experience with our IT solutions, being responsible for appropriate IT service availability, and providing capability to our regulator.
