The Manor Trust Bedhampton, Havant, Hants maintains its heritage listed property in the Conservation Village of Old Bedhampton that is known as The Elms, a Grade II * Listed Building with its towered Waterloo Room, which is a Regency Banqueting Hall also Grade II Listed, where the Trust holds social and other events to promote the local community and also promotes education through its Bedhampton Historical Collection in The Elms, which is a significant resource of local history and knowledge. The Trust provides care for the elderly in The Lodge its Registered Residential Care Home and also provides apartments in the Elms for the recently retired.
