Follow our step-by-step guide on how to set up or amend your contributions into your CAF Charity Account.
1. Click on your unique link provided by your employer. This is hosted on your company's intranet. Speak to your HR or Payroll team to point you in the right direction.
2. Select 'I'd like to donate into a charity account':
If it is your first time making a contribution select 'I am a New Donor'
To add or replace a contribution select 'I am an an Existing Donor' and choose add or replace
3. Enter your date of birth and select how much you would like to contribute.
4. Once you've selected how much you'd like to contribute, click 'Continue to your details' and fill in your personal details.
5. Once you've entered your details in all the required fields, tick the box to confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms of Service and then click "Submit my donation (s)".

1. Click on your unique link provided by your employer. This is hosted on your company's intranet. Speak to your HR or Payroll team to point you in the right direction.
2. Select 'I'd like to give straight to charity':
If it is your first time making a donation select 'I am a New Donor'
If you've previously made a donation, you can either add or replace your existing donation
3. Type the Charity name you'd like to donate to.
4. Select how much you would like to donate. If you have a specific amount you would like to donate, type in value in 'Other Amount'.
5. Select your donation type. You can choose to give a one-off or regular donation. A regular donation will come out of your payslip every payroll.
6. If you wish for your donation to remain anonymous, tick the box and your details will not be sent to the charity.
7. If you wish to give to another charity, simply click 'Add another donation' and repeat steps 3-6.
8. Once you've selected the charity(ies) that you'd like to donate to, click 'Continue to your details' and fill in your personal details.
9. Once you've entered your details in all the required fields, tick the box to confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms of Service and then click "Submit my donation (s)".
