If your organisation already uses our payroll giving scheme Give As You Earn, the Staff Charity Fund lets you and your employees go one better. It brings together everyone’s individual contributions into a single fund – meaning they can make
a bigger collective donation to a charity of their choice.
The fund is free to set up. We take our fees (1.5%) from the donation pool, but you can choose to cover this as an organisation to support your employees’ giving.
Bring your employees together by agreeing on a charity or cause they’d like to collectively support.
Let your staff choose who manages the fund, and give them a say in how it will be used.
Use the funds raised together to support your charity partners, for fundraising appeals or for other giving aims.

Before you get started, you’ll need to set up our payroll giving scheme Give As You Earn to let your staff give through their pay.
Ask staff if they’d like to contribute. Your payroll team tracks who’s taking part and how much they want to give.
Take the donations from your employees’ pay and send us one lump sum to put in your Staff Charity Fund.
Pick staff representatives to manage the fund and make donations from it. We’ll verify your chosen charities, and send the donations.
