Find out more about CAFDavid Wormsley has succeeded Janet Pope as Chair of CAF Bank, following his announcement as Chair-elect in January this year.
Across her nine-year tenure, Janet guided CAF Bank through the challenges of Covid, growing demand on charities, and global economic uncertainty. Overseeing CAF Bank’s digital transformation and refreshed strategy for growth, Janet has played a central role in furthering the support provided to charities throughout the UK.
David Wormsley joins CAF Bank after a 35-year career in finance, both in the UK and overseas. Chair of UK Banking and Broking at Citigroup until his retirement in 2021 and Executive Director of Glencore from 2021-2024, David is today Chair of Stanhope PLC and has been a Governor of the London Museum since 2013.
