CAF Donate is a way for you to manage your donations in one place. Do you want to create a donation page on your website, attract donors through new channels, or save time processing donations you receive online, by post and over the phone?

CAF Donate puts at your command a fundraising toolkit to help you engage new donors and nurture enduring relationships with existing supporters.

What’s more, with CAF Donate you can accept donations by credit and debit card, PayPal, Direct Debit, CAF Vouchers and CAF CharityCard.

Our online donation pages are easy to set up (no technical knowledge required) and optimised for viewing on mobile devices; if you have followers on social media, turn likes into donations with our Facebook tool.

Gift Aid is an integral part of the service; we can manage all of your submissions to HMRC on your behalf – at no extra cost!

How to take up this offer

If you are not currently using CAF Donate, you’ll need to apply for a CAF Charity Dashboard and upgrade to the full service. Then simply link all donation payments directly to your CAF Cash account*.

You can access these services with no set-up costs or monthly fees – all you pay is a percentage of the donations that you receive.

Our charges are already low, but as a valued CAF Cash customer you’ll receive a discount of 0.6%** on the full CAF Donate service transaction fee (reduced from 4% to 3.5%) for donations by credit and debit card and PayPal.
