Our Directorates

  • CAF Bank

    CAF Bank provides banking services to charities and not-for-profit organisations. Functions within the Bank range from Customer Services to Compliance and Risk. We’re based in Kings Hill, Kent.

  • CAF Global Alliance

    We support our eight global offices to communicate their impact by encouraging philanthropy and advocating for civil society. We’re based in our London office.

  • Communications

    We lead on our external and internal communications. This includes shaping public policy, securing high profile media coverage and delivering market-leading research and insight. We also promote employee engagement and organise events. We’re based in Kings Hill and London.

  • Finance and Operations


    We’re responsible for financial management and control across the business. This includes finding the best financial solutions for customers and processing payments. We’re based in Kings Hill, in Kent.


    We handle the day-to-day and strategic aspects of information technology at CAF, including infrastructure, applications, developments and support. We’re based in Kings Hill and London.

    Legal, Risk and Compliance

    We help ensure CAF has suitable policies to meet rules, regulations and internal requirements - and that our employees, customers and suppliers understand and follow them. We also identify and record risks and make sure controls are in place to manage them. We’re based in our Kings Hill office.

    CAF Venturesome

    We’re the social investment team at CAF, dedicated to helping social organisations sustain and grow their impact. We offer flexible loans and other social investment. We’re based in our London office.

    Customer Services

    Whatever the issue, we provide excellent customer service to charities, companies and individuals. We help them manage their payroll giving, one-off and regular donations. We also deliver charity fundraising services, with our expert charity verification team ensuring that donations are safe and secure. We’re based in our Kings Hill office.

  • Human Resources and Facilities

    We make sure that we have the capability, capacity and culture to deliver our mission. We’re committed to diversity, equality and opportunity – everything that makes CAF a great place to work. We’re based in London and Kings Hill.

  • Philanthropy and Impact

    We encourage and support effective giving and social investment. We work with individuals, families, companies, charities and foundations to help them achieve their objectives and the impact they want to have. You’ll find us in our Kings Hill and London offices.

  • Product, Marketing and Charities

    Product Development and Management

    We work across the organisation – and with external agencies – to shape ideas generated by customers and staff to meet their needs. We work in both Kings Hill and London offices.


    We work to increase awareness of our brand, attract new customers and build relationships with existing ones, through engaging and creative marketing campaigns which deliver business growth. We work in London and Kings Hill.
