Manage your Give As You Earn online

Welcome to the registration page to set up online access for your CAF Give As You Earn account.

Please note, if you are not already signed up to CAF Give As You Earn, you can click here to start your application.


To register, you’ll need to have your 11 digit CAF Give As You Earn contract number ready. If you are not sure of your contract number, please call 03000 123 000 or email enquiries@cafonline.org.

The username and password you create will be used by your payroll administrator to access the portal to download instructions or upload reports as applicable.

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.

Please use your corporate email address, your personal email address cannot be used.

Please be reassured that 'the CAF Group' will not share your information with any outside organisation, except as part of providing a product or service, or when legally obliged to do so.

Please note that by registering online for this service, you are accepting the terms and conditions of CAF Give As You Earn online employee sign up, terms of use of our Website and our privacy policy and that you are authorised by your company to register for this service.

If you use this service to manage employee sign-ups:
  • You can see all new online donation instructions from your employees - including new donations and updates to existing ones.
  • Download csv files ready to input to your payroll system.
  • Upload your regular payroll donor reports.
If you work with a third party (Professional Fundraising Organisation, Benefits Provider, Payroll Processing Bureau):
  • You can inform CAF of who you work with to manage your scheme and authorise CAF to share details of your scheme with them.
  • Upload your regular payroll donor reports or you can give your third party(ies) access to submit these on your behalf.
