As a not-for-profit organisation, we are passionate about providing a quality service and value for money. We work hard to make sure that you will be completely satisfied with the services we offer. However, if we ever fall short of the standards you expect, we’d like to know so that we can prevent the problem from happening again.

That’s why we’ve set up two different complaint procedures; one for general complaints, and one for CAF Bank customers. Simply select the form you require below and fill it out, detailing your complaint and how you would like it to be handled. Please note that we aim to resolve your issue as quickly as possible – most complaints are resolved within four weeks.
