A resilience calculator developed for, and with, charities like yours


We work with charities every day. So, we understand how difficult it is to find the time and space you need to strengthen your organisation’s resilience and impact, while the demand for your resources continues to grow. 

Our calculator is designed to help you start thinking about your resilience. It takes five minutes to complete, and will support you to:


  • Identify the areas where your organisation is most and least resilient
  • Compare how your resilience results benchmark against charities of a similar size to yours and the wider sector
  • Reflect on a holistic approach to building resilience

How to use the calculator

Complete our short questionnaire

Answer 15 short multiple-choice questions about your organisation. These are focused around the six core characteristics we have identified that show a charity has the potential to be resilient.

View your charity's resilience score

Once you submit your answers, the calculator will display your resilience score.

This includes spotlighting your charity's strengths and areas for improvement. You can check how your score compares to other charities and download a copy of your results.
