We’re giving Corporate Responsibility Practitioners the chance to win one of five £100 donations to their chosen cause in our Responsible Business Survey prize draw competition.

We would like to hear your view on what makes a responsible business and are inviting you to complete a short survey to give us your feedback. Upon completing, we invite you to enter a prize draw to win a £100 donation to your chosen cause.

CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 Prize Draw (the “CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 Prize Draw”)

Terms and Conditions

The promoter of this CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 Prize Draw is the Trustees of Charities Aid Foundation of 25 Kings Hill Avenue, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4TA (registered charity number 268369)(“CAF”).
Entry into this CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 Prize Draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Who can apply: this CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 Prize Draw is open to Corporate Responsibility (CR) Practitioners that have completed the CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 by 1^st May 2020.
Employees or agencies of CAF group or any of its subsidiaries or their family members or anyone else connected to this CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 Prize Draw shall not be permitted to enter it.
There is no entry fee payable to enter into this CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 Prize Draw.
To enter, an entrant must:
Have completed the CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 by 1^st May 2020
Entry is not a compulsory requirement to complete the CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020, participants are able to complete the survey without entering the CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 Prize Draw.
Only one entry per entrant available for this CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 Prize Draw. CAF accepts no responsibility for any taxes, duties, costs or other fees payable as a result of participation in this CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 Prize Draw.
CAF reserves the right to disqualify any entrant without notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
CAF will select five successful entrants from all qualifying entries at random with the help of drawing software (or any other software or mechanics CAF may from time to time determine) on 6^th May 2020.
CAF will notify the successful entrant via telephone or email contact details as provided in the competition entry section of the CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020. CAF will verify with the winning entrant whether their chosen charity has been correctly identified by CAF before making the payment. If the successful entrant does not respond to CAF within 14 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and CAF will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
Subject to successful validation of the nominated charitable organisation, conducted by CAF, CAF will credit the £100 donation to the chosen organisation by 29^th May 2020. CAF will provide the winning entrants with confirmation on this completion.
The prize and/or the donations are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cash alternative for the prize and/or the donations will be offered.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. CAF cannot enter into correspondence with entrants whom experience difficulties with entering online.
CAF reserves the right to cancel or amend this CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice.
CAF’s decision in respect of all matters to do with this CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 Prize Draw shall be final and binding.
CAF must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation CAF will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who emails [EMAIL ADDRESS] or writes to [ADDRESS] (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county being published or made available, please contact CAF [INSERT CONTACT DETAILS/ LINK TO CONTACT DETAILS]. In such circumstances, CAF must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
CAF may invite the successful entrants to take part in the promotional activity in relation to this CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 Prize Draw (including using his/her organisation name in any marketing materials published by CAF both in paper and online) but the successful entrant shall have the right not to take part in such activity.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in CAF’s Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permissible by law, CAF accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering this CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 Prize Draw. CAF is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrants or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in this CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 Prize Draw. Nothing shall exclude CAF’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
This CAF Responsible Business Survey 2020 Prize Draw and these terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
If any provision of these terms and conditions become or are invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
