INSPIRING EMPLOYEES TO GIVE FOR 30 YEARS

2017 marked 30 years since we pioneered payroll giving

Since we launched the UK's first payroll giving scheme in 1987, we've continued to grow payroll giving through CAF Give As You Earn, which has contributed £1.3billion in donations since 1987. In 2017 we remained the UK's market leader with over 250,000 payroll givers from 2,700 companies giving £76 million in 2015/16. We want to mark this occasion by celebrating their generosity.

SUPPORTING OUR CLIENTS FOR 30 YEARS

We work with over 2,700 CAF Give As You Earn clients and gave more than £76million from their employee donations and matching schemes to charity in 2015/16.

Payroll giver from Tesco

"I'm part of this wonderful scheme! I give to a charity that supports people that suffer from MS as unfortunately my granny had it. I give through payroll as it's just so handy."

Payroll giver from ASOS

“I always used to give to charity by putting the odd £1 into a collection every now and again. Signing up to payroll giving has helped me to give a lot more.”

Payroll giver from Arriva

“My money goes to Sierra Leone, for children under five, and the great thing about Payroll Giving is I can make that choice. I’d recommend Payroll Giving to my colleagues”

CAF Give As You Earn enables our employees to give to the causes they are most passionate about. We have worked with the Charities Aid Foundation for 27 years to deliver this scheme to our employees in the UK

WHAT PAYROLL GIVING MEANS TO CHARITIES

Shelter UK

"Making a difference to homeless and badly housed people needn't be taxing, thanks to payroll giving."

Save the Children

"It's a regular income, it's something we don't have to claim Gift Aid on, and it already includes the tax people are paying. That is much less administration for us as an organisation."

Mariecurie.org.uk

“We rely on the support of organisations and individuals and making a regular gift through work place, is a simple, effective way to show your support."
