She is currently Global Head of Payments at Thoughtworks, where she leads the firm’s global payments strategy, value proposition, and ecosystem partnerships.
Prior to this, Alla led the UK Payments Consulting practice at EY, advising global banks, payment networks, fintechs, and infrastructure providers on strategy, modernisation, and transformation. She has also held senior leadership roles at Capco and Infosys, and began her career at American Express and Mastercard.
Alla is a recognised industry thought leader, contributing to the UK National Payments Vision and the Future of Payments Review, and is passionate about driving innovation, resilience, and inclusivity across the financial services ecosystem.
