Meet our Trustees

David Shalders

CAF Trustee, Chair CAF Joint Renew Committee 


David is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Integration Officer at the London Stock Exchange Group.  

He has successfully led a number of global integration programmes, encompassing the convergence of technology platforms, business operations, front to back operations re-engineering as well as cultural integration, all designed to support growth and to drive operational efficiency.

David was Group Operations and Technology Director at Willis Towers Watson, having led the integration of Willis and Towers Watson. Prior to this, David spent nineteen years at The Royal Bank of Scotland in a number of senior operations and technology roles, including COO, Global Banking & Markets and Group Head of Integration for the ABN Amro acquisition.

He previously held roles at UBS, JP Morgan and Accenture.
