Neil Heslop OBE

Chief Executive, CAF Group
Neil joined CAF as Chief Executive in October 2020.  Under Neil’s leadership, annual charitable contributions entrusted to CAF topped £1 billion for the first time and continue to grow. As a result, hundreds of thousands of charities in more than 100 countries have been supported to deliver lasting benefits in communities around the world. Neil lost his sight aged 21 and is a law graduate from Newcastle University.

Alison Taylor

Alison Taylor

CEO, CAF Bank and CAF Financial Solutions Limited

Alison joined CAF Bank as Chief Executive Officer in December 2019 and in 2021, she assumed responsibility for CAF Financial Solutions Limited, in addition to her role with CAF Bank. She is principally responsible for leading the Bank’s strategic focus on growing lending to charities and social enterprises and becoming the preferred banking partner for UK small and medium-sized charities.

Ian joined Charities Aid Foundation in April 2022 from OSTC, a financial trading and education company where he was COO/Deputy CEO. Prior to joining CAF Ian spent 14 years with HSBC in a variety of COO/CSO roles across the UK, Asia and the Middle East.

Group Chief Financial Officer
Liz joined Charities Aid Foundation as Group Chief Financial Officer in February 2022. She draws on experience from her previous role as Chief Financial Officer at City, University of London, as well as 18 years at the BBC in a number of divisional and corporate finance roles.

Nora was promoted to our executive team as Group Marketing Officer in April 2021, having joined Charities Aid Foundation in January 2020 as Head of Marketing. Her focus has been on putting our charity partners’ and donors’ needs at the heart of the CAF brand. Her areas of responsibility cover marketing, external communications, research and product development.

Mark joined Charities Aid Foundation in 2016 as Senior Manager of the CAF American Donor Fund before going on to lead our wider private client work as Head of Private Clients. As Managing Director of Philanthropy Services, he is responsible for CAF’s giving and social investing services.

Jessie Krafft

Jessie Krafft

Interim CEO, CAF America
Jessie is Interim CEO at CAF America after joining the organisation in 2011 and holding various roles. In her previous role as Senior Vice President of External Affairs, Jessie managed the External Affairs, Donor Services, and Thought Leadership teams and coordinated strategy and operational management with the Business Development and Grant Services teams.
