How to complete your application?
Please complete the application in English, making sure you have answered all of the questions.
You will need to upload the following information and documents:
(If the documents are not in English you MUST include a fully translated copy). The accepted file types are JPEG, PDF & TIF’s and the maximum size of each file is 2MB.
- proof of your organisations bank account, this must be either a cancelled cheque, bank statement or pre printed paying in slip. The bank account must be in the name of your organisation
- a copy of your certificate of registration or other evidence of your not for profit status
- a copy of your organisations governing documents for example, the Trust Deed; Constitution; Memorandum and Articles of Association; Articles of Incorporation or Byelaws
Your application may require the following additional information:
- your organisation's controller's name, home address & date of birth
- a copy of your most recent accounts and annual report
- Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FRCA) registration document and 80 G (organisations based in India)
You are able to save your progress at any point and return to application at a later time.
You can also complete your application on a mobile device.
What happens next?
Once we receive everything, we will review your application and if we need anything else we will let you know. We aim to get back to you within 2 weeks.
If you meet our criteria for grant funding we will advise our client and check they wish to proceed. When we receive that confirmation, the grant funding will be sent to your organisations bank account.
We will send you confirmation that the grant has been sent and ask you to complete a confirmation of receipt form and attach a copy of your organisation's bank statement showing receipt of the funds. We may also ask you for additional reporting and will confirm any additional requirements with you before making any grant. Further donations can not be sent to you until this has been received by us.
Please take care to include all the information we ask for as failure to do so may result in your application being delayed or rejected.
